What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Profile details: your date of birth, which we use to calculate your reports.
• Order details: that you purchased membership and when. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.

The free preview

The preview on our home page runs in your browser. The date you enter there is not sent to us or stored.

How we use your information

• To create, deliver and let you download your reports.
• To email you about your order and report delivery.
• To protect the service against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Tao of You, such as Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider and our hosting provider. They may process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep your account and reports while your membership is active. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your data ends your access to your reports.

Security

Reports are stored privately, outside the public web folder, and can be downloaded only by the signed-in member they belong to. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site secure. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell members by email.
